Especially for employers who require partial support on relocating a highly skilled migrant to the Netherlands, the Expat Center Food Valley offers individual services for foreign professionals.

For a fixed fee, we arrange the residence permit pick-up, biometric data collection or registration with the municipality. We can also help your new employee to open a bank account.

Which biometric data does IND collect for the residence permit?

  • A fingerprint scan.
  • A passport photo. The photo will be made at our IND desk. The foreign professional’s signature.

The residence permit can be picked up at our IND in-house desk within 1 or 2 weeks after the biometrics appointment. Cost: € 60,-

Which conditions apply to the registration, depends on the length of stay and the country of origin.

Once the residence permit has been issued, your new employees will register themselves with the municipality of Wageningen. They will immediately receive their BSN. Cost: € 60,-

How does it work?

  • The expat decides at which bank he / she wants to open a bank account.
  • We check whether or not the expat has the required documents, permits and/or declarations.
  • We submit the request for a new bank account online.
